Calamari Eggplant Parmesan ~ 22   Thick calamari steak breaded and grilled with panko and aged parmesan cheese, topped with eggplant, Monterey Jack cheese and Italian marinara sauce, oven baked and served with penne pasta in a pesto sauce and sauteed organic vegetables.
